It’s hard not to get excited by the next generation of platform and technological convergence. In this session we will analyze the landscape and attempt to define the ground rules. Enhanced brand loyalty, content innovation and better product are prerequisites for “Monetizing the Consumer Relationship.” The super competitive film/video, sports, Web3, and social media markets are in play 24/7. And it’s about execution & innovation of live events, the cinematic or video experience and the AI and XR investment that matters. But finally, it’s creativity, the “It Factor” which makes the difference.

Justin W. Hochberg, CEO of Virtual Brand Group (VBG), operates and markets businesses across the Metaverse by channeling Web 3.0 into immersive experiences that extend beyond games. Hochberg developed VBG as a way for consumers of all ages to virtually play, socialize, shop, and create products of their own in games and on the blockchain. VBG has been recognized as a metaverse innovator in the Financial Times, WWD, Bloomberg, Vogue Business, BuzzFeed, among dozens of other global publications. VBG has introduced brands and businesses to new ways of marketing to consumers across the digital space. Notably, Hochberg also developed the Infinite Marketing Loop™ method that allows businesses to connect IRL with the metaverse by allowing users to enjoy a real world experience in the metaverse space, connecting back to a real world experience. Over the last 25 years, Hochberg has amalgamated technology, content creation and more than 160 Fortune 1,000 brands into innovative consumer businesses resulting in over $500MM+ revenue. He launched more than 30 original TV programs, including global hit “The Apprentice” and supported Microsoft’s interactive TV business development unit as well as its first paid streaming service. Hochberg holds an M.B.A from Columbia Business School, as well as a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, and focuses on putting brands into the Metaverse.
Kobi Wu-Pasmore is the Head of Live & Creative Strategy for Splendid Communications, responsible for providing vision and leadership to across the company's three core disciplines: Live, PR and Digital. She supports all business development and leads creative strategy across experiential and consumer programming leveraging contemporary online and offline trends. Splendid's clients including Spotify, Smirnoff, Wheat Thins and others. A veteran brand marketing executive, Wu-Pasmore previously conceived and built the experiential marketing agency Lyonshare Communications Inc. As an expert and innovator in youth and music marketing Wu-Pasmore created compelling consumer experiences marrying brand culture to artists' brands. With advanced degrees in architecture and a deep understanding of how design and live experience intersect, Wu-Pasmore's creative vision enhanced programs for media and corporate brands such as The Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Pepsi, Black Girls Rock! Inc, Def Jam Recordings among others. A former executive at Cornerstone, the New York based award winning youth marketing agency, Wu-Pasmore developed and initiated disruptive programs such as Smirnoff Signature Mix (Common, Q-Tip, KRS1), Converse's 100th Anniversary ("My Drive Thru" with Pharrell Williams, Santigold, and Julian Casablancas) and The FADER Fort at SXSW . She seamlessly integrated top level talent, sourced and contracted artists for all programs she oversaw. In addition to her creative input, Wu-Pasmore managed department revenue, staff and client services. Prior to Cornerstone, Wu-Pasmore managed event executions for Morgans Hotels Group responsible for all entertainment media and lifestyle brands including Paramount Pictures, HBO, CBS, Fox, Showtime, ESPN, Warner Brothers, Sony Music and others. The work for MHG maintained a strategy for sales, media relations and generating incremental revenue for the business.
Keith Soljacich, EVP, Head of Innovation, Publicis Media: As the EVP, Head of Innovation, Keith spearheads the strategic integration of cutting-edge technologies and platforms to fuel groundbreaking brand experiences across Publicis Media agencies. With a track record of collaborating with Fortune 100 companies such as AMEX, MillerCoors, Kellogg's, Disney, and PlayStation, Keith is a pioneer in crafting innovative digital initiatives that lead the market with an unmistakably inventive perspective. Keith thrives at the intersection of consumer and tech trends, bridging the physical and digital realms to curate impactful consumer encounters. These experiences are heightened by personalization, sparking creativity, molding cultural shifts, and fostering active engagement. In addition to his groundbreaking work, Keith is a sought-after keynote speaker, accomplished writer, and dynamic panelist. He also serves as a prominent member of the Board of Directors for the IAB Experience Center and an avid member Web3 communities like the CryptoPunks, Bored Ape Yacht Club, RTFKT, Azuki and World of Women.
Ty Roberts, Co-Founder & CEO, FanTracks Digital LLC: Ty Roberts is a proven creative technologist and serial entrepreneur with 25+ years of experience in the music and technology industries. Since 2020, as Co-Founder and CEO of FanTracks Digital, LLC, Ty has led developments in live and hybrid concerts as well as AR Music Adventure Movies utilizing Next-Gen technologies. Roberts has worked with artists across multiple genres. He collaborated with Todd Rundgren, David Bowie, Brian Eno and Peter Gabriel, created interactive and immersive experiences with all and is developing modernized approaches for these icons. His experience includes artist partnerships involving the real-time generation of special personalized and generative NFTs which can foster additional sustaining revenue. He has been at the forefront of addressing issues relating to rights, royalties and innovative funding. Ty is highly skilled in hybrid productions and concerts in the Metaverse which can incorporate NFTs, Avatars (versus video) and Xtended Reality (XR versus Augmented Reality). As Chief Technology Officer of Universal Music Group, Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Gracenote, and CEO of ION, Roberts promoted new formats and standards that fostered the growth of music, movies and television. His knowledge and long-standing relationships allow Roberts to work across multiple industries to create innovative entertainment experiences. He holds dozens of patents for his inventions and has created multiple technical developments and standards across the industry.
Doug Scott is the Co-Founder and Chief Managing Director of Subnation Media, a gaming and esports holding company that develops, produces and manages lifestyle content, immersive brand experiences, and original properties that influence today’s culture. He is also a General Partner in Surround Ventures an Israeli-based venture fund and Founding Partner of Culture Group, an entertainment marketing agency based in Singapore, which manages integrated esports programs for Globe Telecom, Riot Games, Nike, ESPN and Tencent among others. Prior to founding Subnation, he served as EVP Marketing & Brand Solutions for Endeavor, where he was responsible for developing and producing innovative and successful marketing platforms for Fortune 100 brands. Some of his most notable work includes an unprecedented partnership between Rolex and the Oscars; the establishment of the Bud Light All Star Team (BLAST), the first esports All Star team; a collaboration between Cadillac and The Warhol Museum to create Letters to Andy, a traveling art exhibition and original content; and Zoolander Returns to the Runway, a live experiential campaign to announce Zoolander2 during famed designer Valentino’s Fashion Show in Paris. Before Endeavor, Doug was Founder and President of WPP’s OgilvyEntertainment where he created groundbreaking branded content programs and landmark collaborations for world-class companies. Under his leadership, OgilvyEntertainment grew to be an industry pioneer, working with brands to “tell stories that matter.”
Travis Cloyd is currently the Global Futurist and Senior Fellow at Thunderbird School of Global Management (#1 masters in management program in world) apart of Arizona State University (#1 most innovative university in the country) his former alumni. He was previously the inaugural Futurist in Residence at FIU (Florida International University). He is also a Professor of Practice at Thunderbird and Adjunct Professor and the Director of iSTAR (Immersive Studio for Altered Reality) within CARTA (College of Communication, Architecture + The Arts) at FIU. On the enterprise side he is a executive with a focus on innovation, digital media and the blockchain. He is the CEO of WXR (Worldwide XR) based in Los Angeles and Miami. A partner company to industry leading licensing agency CMG (Celebrity Management Group). He is a member of the PGA (Producers Guild of America) where he is on the new media council. He is on the VRARA (Virtual Reality Augmented Reality Association) and ambassador to the GBBC (Global Blockchain Business Council). An award-winning producer and 2018 Visionary of the Year at Cinequest in Silicon Valley. He is a tech entrepreneur who is recognized in the top 250 on the Forbes 2021 Next 1000 Entrepreneurs list. He’s created immersive content for major international studios, iconic brands, legendary actors, global musicians, top athletes and historical figures over the last two decades. Currently, breaking new ground leading the industry in developing, producing and licensing experiential content. Focused on future technologies around AI, Machine Learning, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Mixed Reality, Spatial Computing, Blockchain and Gaming.
