Albert Thompson, Managing Director, Digital Innovation, Walton Isaacson: While carrying the “ethos” of a Marketing Technologist, as the Managing Director, Digital Innovation at Walton Isaacson Albert Thompson has always possessed a firm understanding of how technology has continued to transform the discipline of Marketing while disrupting today’s conventional consumer engagement models.  Over that past 20+ years his cross-cultural communications experience ranges from African American, Hispanic, LGBTQ, AAPI, Arab American, South Asian, Boomers, Millennials, Urban, GM to International. His work involves Digital Marketing for Lexus, AMAZON, NYPD, Medline, State Fair, Spalding, HBO, MCD, LA Sparks, Game Show Network, Verizon Wireless, Unilever, Ford Division, Lincoln Mercury, Burger King, Toyota, Colgate, HSBC, Time Warner Cable, Home Depot, AstraZeneca, US Marines, Pfizer, Novartis, Merck, and Hyatt Resorts. Prior to Walton Isaacson he served as the Director, Interactive Services for UniWorld Group and Director of New Media and Technology at Prime Access where he introduced the Digital capabilities for both multicultural agencies. Albert continues to guide early stages companies on a series of topics related to Market Positioning, Go-to Market Strategy, Brand Identity, Consumer Psychology, and Growth Marketing. As a product and business advisor to Ai powered technologies such as Cache.ai, SCOUT.io, and Brand MentalityTM he serves as a Marketing Technologist to help organizations visualize and "operationalize" the use of their platforms.



Dominic Collins is the CEO and Co-founder of Darabase Limited, the Augmented Reality Outdoor Media Company. Darabase partners with cities, property companies, retailers, media owners, brands and agencies to connect the physical world to its ‘digital twin’, augmenting the world with spatial content through its registry, rules engine and platform for managing AR content in physical locations globally. Previously Dominic was President, Product Engineering & International at Jaunt XR, working across the Silicon Valley HQ and the International offices in London and Shanghai. Before Jaunt, he was the Group Chief Marketing Officer of Legal & General and previously led many large digital businesses and transformations including as Director of Digital at EE, Orange & T-Mobile, where he managed the digital launch of the EE brand and the transformation of the company’s digital customer experience and technology.  Dominic was also CEO of two France Telecom companies, Orange Digital and Ad Tech leader Unanimis, was Group Director at Trader Media Group where he managed the autotrader.co.uk business and its digital transformation following the investment by Apax and was Director of Digital Products & Services at Sky. Dominic is a Digital Ambassador for the Global Private Equity Alliance, advising their members and portfolio companies on a range of digital, strategy and innovation implementation topics.


Fredrik Frizell, Founder of Buoy Studios, a global team of world class artists crafting ideas and experiences using emerging technologies for brands like Netflix, Liquid Death, Meta, L’Oréal, Fidelity Investments to name a few. Previously Managing Director, Innovation Leader and Technical Executive Producer with 15+ years of entrepreneurial and C-level leadership across premier global content, design studios and production companies within emerging technologies. Fredrik has also served as an Advisor at Supernatural, Within, and Authentic Artists. At BUCK, they held the position of Chief Innovation Officer, where they managed creative technology and immersive teams, and implemented machine learning to automate manual labor for various projects. As the Managing Director and Chief Production Officer at Highfield, Fredrik launched a full-service creative studio in Los Angeles, resulting in significant growth. Fredrik also worked as the COO and Executive Producer at Here Be Dragons, scaling the company, expanding to a full-service studio, and managing global teams. Additionally, as the Managing Director and Global Executive Producer at MediaMonks, Fredrik oversaw the merger of two companies and built a global team. Before that, they co-founded STOPP/FAMILY, a digital creative production agency, becoming one of the most awarded production companies.


Elizabeth Kiehner is Chief Growth Officer at Nortal, a multinational digital transformation company leading sales and business development, marketing, and strategic growth through M&A. She has 8 years of experience as an executive in the global technology services space with a 25 year career history as an entrepreneur, keynote speaker and award-winning author. Before joining Nortal, Kiehner was a Vice President of Enterprise Transformation at Capgemini Invent. During the start of the global COVID-19 pandemic, she set up the Digital Transformation Office of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Before that, she spent over 5 years at IBM, establishing a global Experience Design Center of Excellence within IBM Services as well as a sales team focused on IBM’s largest global accounts.


Jessica Berger leads global innovation and strategy at Publicis Media by harnessing the power of emerging technologies and forecasting insights. With an industry reputation for her unwavering enthusiasm and profound understanding of cutting-edge tech, such as web3, AI, and AR/VR, Berger has become a sought-after speaker, judge, and host at industry events. Her expertise lies in deciphering the future of media and brand experiences, enabling her clients to capitalize on the potential of breakthrough innovations. Moreover, her dedication to mentorship and advocacy for diverse voices in organizations like the Adweek Executive Mentorship program and Girls In Tech exemplifies her commitment to empowering the next generation of marketers and thinkers. Prior to joining Publicis, Berger worked at agency powerhouses Weber Shandwick and Publicis’ MSL where she strategized and implemented campaigns and digital innovation efforts for clients in the luxury goods, CPG and tech sectors. Her over a decade-long experience is informed by working for agencies and companies across Germany, Japan, and North America – giving her a unique global edge valued by many clients and industry peers.
